I visited back in April with my family, and I couldn’t help but return this summer. This might sound obvious, but I was amazed by the transformation in that short space of time: in April, the High Line was green but relatively flower-free; in June, all the blooms had come alive to spectacular effect. I took a million flower photos and, to be honest, I sort of love them all. The High Line is simply a place that makes me smile, and here are a few reasons why:
I didn’t intend to, but I kind of love that I accidentally captured the couple sitting on the bench in the background of this photo:
Have you visited the High Line before? If not, I highly suggest adding it to your list for the next time your in NYC, preferably right at the top. Seriously.
I love the idea of this! I’m annoyed I didn’t have time to see it when I was there. Having said that. I only had one day and I did pretty much everything else!! 🙂
Yeah, there’s so much to see in the city, you could never fit it all in! Plus, this sounds like an excellent excuse for you to come back 🙂
